MIDC Gadhinglaj Facility
Gamma Group is constructing a new manufacturing facility at MIDC Gadhinglaj to expand its production of value-added silica derivatives, including Activated Alumina, Sodium Silicate, and Precipitated Silica. This facility is a strategic move to enhance our vertical integration, processing raw minerals into high-value products for industries such as water purification, rubber manufacturing, and construction.
The facility spans several acres, offering room for future expansion, and is equipped with advanced technology to ensure high efficiency and quality. The project is structured into multiple phases to streamline development and ensure timely completion
Phase I:Site Preparation and Initial Construction (Completed)
Site preparation included land leveling, road construction, and utility setup.
Necessary environmental clearances and permits were obtained to meet regulatory requirements.
The groundwork and foundational infrastructure set the stage for subsequent phases.
Phase 2: Installation of Processing Equipment (In Progress)
The current phase involves constructing plant buildings and installing advanced processing machinery such as rotary kilns and reactors.
Installation also includes energy-efficient systems like solar panels and water recycling units, aligning with Gamma Group’s sustainability goals.
Equipment installation is monitored through a digital tracking system to manage progress and maintain timelines
Phase 3: Commissioning and Operational Testing (Upcoming)
This phase will focus on operational testing and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
Staff training sessions will be conducted to familiarize employees with new machinery and safety protocols.
Once testing is complete, full-scale production will begin, initially targeting domestic markets before expanding internationally
