These companies are engaged in the mining activity at a Silica mine at Rajapur taluka of Ratnagiri district and Kankavli Taluka, of Sindhudurg district at a stretch of 148.690 Hectors. The daily crushing capacity is of 60 TPH and the washing capacity isof 50 TPA.
The sizes of Silica ranges from 40mm above, below 40mm and below 10mm. With thehelp of VSI the <10 mm silica is crushed to sand.
The silica sand is further graded into various sizes as per clients requirement. The crushed Silica sand further graded and the sand is washed to remove the impurities.
